Winter Workouts

Run from the 1st week of January through the end of March.

• Skills, Drills & Throwing: New England Sports Center

• Live Pitching and batting off pitching machines: New England Sports Center

• Hitting with Greg LaRocca at his Baseball Barn: Bedford, NH

  • Greg offers 20+ years of baseball experience which includes MLB playing time with the San Diego Padres and Cleavland Indians, Greg also played in the NPB (Japan) with the Hiroshima Carp, Tokyo Swallows and Orix Buffaloes.

Spring/Summer Season

• Select Baseball League - 12u Division 1 / 10u Division 2

• 2-4 games each weekend (double headers)

• 1-2 Practices each week held at Litchfield baseball fields (Jeff Lane)

• Select Season starts early April and runs until mid-June.

• Tournament play during Spring and Summer.

  • Firecracker Tournaments, AAU, USA Tournament Series & others.

Pitching Lessons with Tim Viehoff

• Tim Viehoff LHP from Derry, NH. Graduated from Pinkerton Academy class of 2012. Attended Southern New Hampshire University. Selected 12th round 357 overall in the 2016 MLB draft by the Seattle Mariners. Played 2 years of Minor League Baseball. Tim has worked with multiple different AAU organizations as pitching coordinator focusing on player development, arm health, and creating an offseason routine.

• Tim’s sessions will focus on flaws in players mechanics, making adjustments to build a strong mechanical foundation, and get them ready for the season.

• These lessons are optional at an additional cost and will also be held at New England Sports Center.
