Our mission at Granite State Silverbacks is to positively impact the development of the players both on and off the field while having an active role in personal growth.

On the field through practice and competition we will create a life long passion for the sport of baseball. Provide life enriching opportunities and exposure while competing at all levels of youth baseball to player’s of all ages. Instill the importance of teamwork, confidence, good sportsmanship, commitment, discipline and perseverance into each player while creating leaders and individuals that inspire others to do the same. Good leaders inspire themselves, great leaders inspire others.

Off the field we push the ability to build trust based relationships and uphold strong academic results in school. Show individual and team accountability and responsibility while developing communication skills and giving back to the community.
